Refund And Exchange

Studio Diaphane does not accept refunds or returns at the current moment, all sales are final due to hygiene reasons, used candles cannot be returned nor refunded, but if you are dissatisfied with your product contact info@studiodiaphane.com so we can work something out.

In the event that you receive a damaged product, send us a photo or video proof, within 7 days of receiving your delivery. In this case, it is really important to track your order and check your package as soon as possible, measures will be taken afterwards. Contact us at info@studiodiaphane.com

We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items or limited edition products.

Our business days are Monday to Friday

All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout. All orders are processed  and shipped from our studio within 3-8 business days. The shipping time with our mailing partner is usually 2-7 business days. As a result of COVID-19, our shipping partner is experiencing serious shipping and processing delays because they put the safety of their employees and customers first. You will receive a shipping notification  as soon as your order has been shipped.
